For items purchased through this website and delivered to you (this excludes items collected from the St Helens shop and does not apply to businesses).
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of the receipt of your goods and we will refund your payment excluding any delivery charge. Items that have been personalised with embroidery or printing are excluded from this policy.
All we ask is that all returned items are in 'as new' condition - this means unused and in the original packaging, including all labels, tags etc.
You must complete a returns form and include it with your returned goods, failure to do this could lead to a delay in processing your return. Please follow the instructions on the returns form (which will be emailed to you with your receipt) to return your goods.
We will endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible usually within 14 days, however during busy periods and holidays etc this could take longer.
We are based in Liverpool (L4) and St Helens (Town centre), we supply Safety Footwear including ( Safety Boots , Safety Shoes and Safety Trainers ), Workwear and PPE. We also provide an embroidery and printing service. The majority of the items shown on this website are stocked by us and can usually be dispatched within a couple of days or collected immediately. Some items have to be ordered and will take a little longer to be dispatched. We also source many other items for our customers, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you need an item that is not shown on this site.
